The NCAA has not released the number of pre-sold tickets. But a source familiar with the situation says that as of Monday, ticket sales were down only 13 percent from last year. The tournament committee was hoping to get a boost in ticket sales starting on Monday, once the identities of the four semifinalists were learned. Also, as Patrick Stevens of the Washington Times found out, media credentials are down roughly 30 percent. …
